We are looking for an I.T. technician to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. The I.T. technician will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers and employees.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and hardware components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology trends.
- Document technical processes and procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
